EVTONES™, a Bran-Rae company, is an online download service providing tones or sounds which are downloaded to an Electric Vehicles sound producing, MP3 compatible system. The tones are looping sounds with a volume that rises and falls as the vehicle speeds up or slows down. EVTONES™ provides a wide variety of tones which include, music (like ringtones), carbon based fueled vehicle sounds such as jet engines, motorcycles, sports cars, etc., and many others. We are currently 'encouraging' Electric Vehicle companies to install MP3 compatible sound producing devices in their vehicles. Since EV's are being required to have and many people want them to have sounds they might as well sound cool. EVTONES™ and Bran-Rae Companies founder, Robert McDowell is a cancer survivor who retired early from ExxonMobile USA in 1996. McDowell was a third generation Oil Industry employee having followed his grandfather who started with what was then Humble Oil in 1918, followed by his father who began a career with Humble in the 1940's. Even though ExxonMobile and the oil industry has provided for his family for almost 100 years, McDowell feels that the future of transportation is Electric Vehicles. In fact, ExxonMobile has recognized this fact by inventing advanced separator film technology for EV batteries.
McDowell is also Founder and President of USA based, Operation Christmas…for Children of Fallen Troops. www.OperationChristmas.org provides children of Fallen US Troops with Christmas Gift Cards during the Holiday season and sends the kids on an all expense paid Christmas in July VIP Vacation to Orlando Florida. (Operation Christmas is not a religious based organization. Operation Christmas provides their programs to all children of Fallen Troops regardless of religion. The programs are simply referred to by different names.)

McDowell produced ‘A lil heroes Christmas’ CD featuring children of Fallen US Troops who were recorded across the USA. The CD hit #8 on Billboard magazine’s charts and was featured on NBC’s The Today Show. McDowell wrote and he and the children sang the featured song ‘voices of the children’. McDowell met with the President of the United States in the White House along with actor Gary Sinese (Forrest Gump and CSI New York). McDowell has also met with Will and Jada Pinkett Smith in Hollywood CA, NFL's NE Patriots Larry Izzo and Tom Brady in Boston MA among others promoting Operation Christmas.
